What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a treatment that uses a mixture of: vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and amino acids to rejuvenate and tighten skin.  It can also be used to improve hair strength and grow follicles to treat hair loss.  The product is delivered by a number of injections (via fine needles) into the upper layer of the skin.  The nutrients then disperse throughout the skin and helps rejuvenate surrounding cells.

Mesotherapy involves strategically placing a number of surface layer injections over the face or hair line. The results may be similar to that of microneedling (with less collagen production).  However, mesotherapy has its own benefits as the pre-filled medical syringes can have a stronger overall effect for those with slightly deeper skin concerns.  This will be assessed by the practitioner.

We also have the option to inject your own plasma into your skin which has recently proven to have remarkable rejuvenating and tightening effects with no downtime or allergic reaction.  This procedure is known as Platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

How long does it last?

Mesotherapy benefits vary per patient and its efficacy varies based on the patient's skin type. Typically a single session can promote healthy skin for the following 3-6 months.  Three sessions can have significant benefits for up to a year. 

Clients usually require between 2-4 sessions spaced over 2-3 weeks apart.  This allows allows a cumulative effect of increased collagen and elastin production.
