Delivery and returns policy:
 
UK Standard delivery: From £3.99 (depending on weight).  Usually received within 5-7 days..
 
Free delivery on all UK orders over: £150
 
Delivery terms:
 
Items will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing an order.  When there is a delay in the supply of goods (or the product is out of stock), we will let you know as soon as possible and can refund the money if requested.
 
Items will be sent to the delivery address you submitted at checkout.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect.
 
If no-one is at home when we attempt to make a delivery, the courier will either automatically attempt to deliver again the following working day, or a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your item. E.g. collecting from a local post office.
 
Returns:
 
Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, securely packaged.  The item must be unopened or unused for us to complete a return. 
 
In case of a damaged product: please send us proof, by sending pictures to:
info@theaestheticsclub.com.  Also please return the product in the condition in which it arrived and we will be happy to cover costs and issue a refund/repacement.
 
The safest way to return it is by recorded delivery.  Keep evidence of postage as we may request to see it for proof of return.
